[STYLE IN SPADES]

Yesterday I attended the Nanette Lepore show. Last show I saw at Bryant Park…Ever! (I’m really looking forward to Lincoln Center, though). When I found my seat, I noticed a card addressed to Mayor Bloomberg, urging him to save the garment district & “Made in America.” It was already stamped. All we had to do was sign & mail it. Done & done.

None of my pictures came out very well so they’re not worth posting. Regardless, here are my “Top Four” from the Nanette Lepore show:

I don’t usually like velvet. However, I think of all the designers who showed velvet this season, Nanette did it best. I love that there were a lot of jewel tone colors too (perfect for fall).

The new collection is proof that, once again, Nanette Lepore is a buyers’ favorite.
